Jed Riffe is an award winning filmmaker and founder of Jed Riffe Films + Electronic Media. For over 25 years his documentary films have focused on social issues including: Native American histories and struggles, and agriculture, food and sustainability issues. He currently lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Riffe’s films and interactive media productions have won over 35 awards at national and international festivals and competitions. He is honored to be both a 2009 Sundance Documentary Film Program Fellow/Alumni, and a 2001 Gerbode Fellow for Excellence in Non-Profit Management.
